About

In Nyoongar language, Be My Koorda means be my friend or be my brother.

Be My Koorda is a parent-run support group for Aboriginal families who have children with autism and/or other disabilities.

Be My Koorda is run by volunteers. We offer networking, advocacy and information for members, and work to reduce the isolation experienced by parents and carers, encouraging community engagement and befriending. We are based in the south metro area.

Be My Koorda works in partnership with organisations providing disability support services.

We are supported by:

Autism West

Cahoots
